COMMERCIAL/MULTI-FAMILY/INSTITUTIONAL GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM PROJECT SERVICES
-
RENU is very familiar with the design and construction process. RENU can tailor our project scope to ensure project success . Common project activities include:
-
Feasibility Studies - Studies can be tailored to meet the needs of the project. Geothermal Feasibility Studies often include:
-
Cost considerations , comparative analysis (ROI), GHG emission comparisons.
-
Evaluation of the site with respect to the ability to install different types of geothermal.
-
Regulatory considerations (permitting, installation requirements).
-
Schematic layout options
-
-
Schematic Design - Often there are benefits to coordinating the design team early on in the design process. Geothermal system installations involve coordination between several design professions, including; mechanical, civil, landscape architecture. Working through design and installation considerations early in the process is often beneficial to all involved.
-
Design Document/Construction Document Production - RENU can work with the project team to produce construction documents required for filings and construction.
-
Inspection and Construction Administration Services - RENU holds an International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) Geothermal Inspector accreditation and is well suited to inspect projects during construction as well as reviewing contractor submittals and RFI's.
-
Commissioning and Monitoring - RENU can assist in the commissioning process as well as provide continued maintenance, monitoring and retro-commissioning of geothermal systems.
